10 Minute healthy Snacks
Here is a collection of healthy snacks that only take a few minutes to make, and actually taste great!
Fresh Open Turkish Sandwich- Time 6:49 mins
Ingredients: Turkish bread, hummus, tomato, cucumber, (coriander, mint, and lime optional)
Method: Toast bread, and then spread hummus over, cut and place veggies on top, season to preference.
Simple Yogurt Bowl- Time 3:01 mins
Ingredients: Organic vanilla yogurt, oats or muesli, fruit of choice
Method: Simply put desired amounts of yogurt and oats in a bowl, and top with cut up fruit of choice.

Quick Avocado & Egg On Toast- Time 5:07 mins
Ingredients: Sandwich thins or any bread, avocado, an egg
Method: Wisk egg in bowl and microwave for one minute, toast bread, smash and spread avocado onto toast, put egg on top, season.
Health Kick Cereal- Time 3:21 mins
Ingredients: Any cereal of choice (basic one used for example), slinky apple skins for fiber, macca powder, green tea matcha powder
Method: Make cereal like usual but add health ingredients to top to help give cereal an extra boost of fiber and energy.
